We will have an informal Q & A session on Friday March 9 between 7:00 and 8:00 P. M. In the meeting room just inside the Claremore Expo Center. You may meet the coordinator, update the status of your repeater(s), Drop off a dues check, or apply for a pair during this time. THIS IS NOT our Spring Membership meeting. That will be held in Stillwater at a date and time to be announced soon. Again the State Frequency Coordinator will be there with his computer and can help you with frequency coordination live and in person. The coordinator will be present during the entire Hamfest, but will be busy with other Hamfest activities, so it will be catch him as you can. Just this time on Friday night will be set aside just to deal with repeater frequency coordination. Furthermore, if all you want to do is attend the ORSI forum you don not have to pay admission to the Hamfest.
